Meet David “Hunter” Turner, a passionate Florida native with an unparalleled love for the state's unique landscapes and vibrant culture. Known affectionately as "Mr. Old Florida Vibes", Hunter's journey began with a simple love of palm trees photography, which blossomed into a multifaceted career during the 2020 pandemic.
Our Story
Hunter's artistic journey has evolved to include aerial photography, hand-drawn illustrations, writing books, and even garment design. Yet, his heart remains with his fellow nature enthusiasts, finding joy in collaborating with others who share his deep appreciation for Florida’s natural beauty. In our online shop and market set-ups, you'll discover a wide collection of works—from aerial photography to unique illustrations, books, hats, and t-shirts—all inspired by a deep-seated passion for Florida's diverse landscapes.
Raised beneath Florida’s radiant sun, the duo behind Old Florida Vibes—Hunter and his wife, Chelsea—know the state’s swamps and beaches as intimately as they know its vibrant culture and enduring charm. Together, they embark on adventures that celebrate Florida’s wildlife and wild eats, all while connecting with others who share a passion for the state and uplifting hardworking nonprofits dedicated to protecting the unique landscapes and the creatures that call Florida home.
