OFFICIAL RULES — OFV Summer Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The OFV Summer Giveaway is sponsored by Old Florida Vibes,LLC, located at 18921 High Springs Main St, High Springs, FL 32643.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 8 pm Eastern Time and ends on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 8 pm. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway by:

Limit [one (1)] entry per person unless otherwise specified.

No automated entries, bots, or fraudulent methods of entry are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing the form above, participants may mail a handwritten 3”x5” card including their full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the Giveaway to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 31, 2026.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Person will win a $100 Gift Card for the Old Florida Vibes Store Valued at $100 

• Five (5) People will win an Old Florida Vibes Merch Pack Valued at $50 Each 

• Ten (10) People will win an Old Florida Vibes Sticker Pack Valued at $10 Each 

• One Hundred (100) People will win an Old Florida Vibes Sticker Valued at $5 Each 

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 31, 2026.

Winner will be notified via email, phone, and/or DM within 10 days of selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 3 days, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

9. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida.
